Electric Unicycle? Why?

Rideable tech is becoming a thing now, we have the so called “hoverboard” segways, and now the Uniwheel? Basically it’s a self-balancing electric unicycle, all you do is step on both sides, grip the wheel between your calves and lean forward and back to go. This is a rideable coming from the UK, and it’s really meant to fix the “last mile”, in London this is the commute to your office from the bus station or tube station. (Subway basically) With a top speed of 18 kmph (around 11 mph) and a range of around 10 miles, the Uniwheel is meant to deliver you to your office. Though you could walk the last mile or so, it seems more like a lazy invention than It Is practical, not to mention there are better designed rideables as well. Rideables being illegal in the UK might kill this off pretty fast, I guess only time can tell. If you’re interested in the Uniwheel the website is as follows: http://uniwheel.co.uk/
